Examines U.S. foreign policy and its impact on Central America in an effort to understand why the countries of Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, and Panama, which have been dominated by the U.S. in the areas of economy and politics, have become the site of so much violence.
