Chronicles the fight of the Environmental Protection Agency and the U.S. Department of Justice to convict Idaho fertilizer plant owner Allan Elias of nearly killing twenty-year-old employee Scott Dominguez, whom he ordered to clean out a storage tank that supposedly contained only mud and water but was laced with cyanide.
