Awoken

Fourteen-year-old orphan Michael Stevens, who is able to hear music coming from rocks, finds his ability transformed by two-foot-tall, albino, doll-like men and his safety, and the lives of those he cares about, in jeopardy as unnatural animals haunt the streets and strangers in black suits begin to ask unsettling questions.
