As Carolyn attempts to care for her brain-damaged friend, Jimmy, she does everything she can to protect him from his abusive Uncle Ted. When Ted threatens his family to an even further extent, however, Carolyn attempts to find the courage to speak up and reveal the hidden truth about Jimmy and Ted.
