The stain

When Dr. Seth Berringer discovers a body, he concludes the murderer is one of his patients who had told him of his homicidal fantasies. After Seth attempts to alter the crime scene to protect his patient and his own job, an autopsy shows the cause of death to be a botched abortion and points to Seth as the killer.
