The prospect

At the annual major league draft in June, a recent Las Vegas-area player is taken first, making the news cycle for days. In the aftermath of the draft, members on the team begin wondering if they can be next. At the eye of the storm is the teams catcher, Nick Cosimo, who has to find a way to convince the team to get back to doing what they do best as well as get back to winning games if anyone wants to have any chance of getting noticed for the right reasons.
