Tells the life story of Dr. Homa Darabi, a prominent child psychiatrist who enjoyed great success in the United States but felt called to work in her home country of Iran where, despite her education and accomplishments, she was subject to the strictures against women enforced by the Islamic regime which ultimately drove her to suicide.
