The worst witch in trouble

Mildred's attempts to lose her reputation as Cackle Academy's worst witch are fouled up by her enemy Ethel, who casts a very bad spell on her; then, Mildred devises a plan to rescue her beloved tabby cat, who has been deemed not good enough to be a witch's cat, and secretly takes him along on her school trip.
