A case of puppy love

Terri Bookman, who owns a gourmet bakery for dogs and voluntarily cares for rescued puppies until they can be placed in permanent homes, falls for Carter Morris when they rescue puppies from a fire together, but when Terri learns that Carter is part-owner of the mall that wants to close down her store, Carter must find a way to earn back Terri's trust.
