Horrifying things are happeniong at Gloomsburg Castle. The place is crawliong with Tiny Biting Ghosts (TIBIGs). Also the spirit of a brutal baroness has infected the land lady with the hiccups. Tom must concoct a plan that will dispel all the foolishness that these ghost are causing.
