The Traffickers

In the wake of a gangland shooting at a popular tourist site in Philadelphia, Matthew Payne pursues a suspicion that the case is related to a murder near the Schuykill River, and follows a hunch to the Texas-Mexico border, where he encounters more danger than anticipated.
