Women of science

The contributions of women in the sciences has been long overlooked. Many female scientists made contributions to shape the early general scientific picture, but were overlooked due to stereotypes imposed on women. Scientists include (among over 100 covered) Mary Anning, Rachel Carson, Cleopatra, Marie Curie, Maria Montessori, Dorothy Hodgkin.
