Reckless homicide

Michael Ashworth, legal counsel for an airline, finds himself fighting for his life, reputation, and family when his brother Charlie, a pilot, is involved in a fatal plane crash and it is discovered that Michael had earlier suppressed a positive drug test that would have kept his brother out of the air.
