Assaf, a socially awkward sixteen-year-old who is whiling away his summer vacation at a lowly job in Jerusalem's city hall, becomes involved in a much greater quest when he is assigned to find the owner of a lost dog and meets Tamar, a street performer who is trying to free her brother from the clutches of an evil crime boss.
