Kate Marshall, having lost her husband and son in a boating accident three years earlier, seeks the help of private investigator Connor Sullivan after she sees a boy who looks just like her son and begins to question if he is still alive; and, as Connor looks into the suspicious accident, he uncovers a sinister secret that someone will go to lethal lengths to protect.
