The vote

In 1918 sheltered upper-class college graduate Kate Brennan is mistakenly arrested when she goes to the aid of suffragists being attacked at a rally. She becomes a passionate supporter of the National Woman's Party and works with leaders of the party, and puts her life on the line for the right to vote.
