Billy Zeets has a story, and he wants to tell it. He is the neighborhood kid everyone suspects whenever there is a vandalism, theft, or bloodied nose. However, he is also the only one who knows the truth about something very dangerous and bad that has happened. For a kid who usually breaks the rules, this time, Billy may be the story's hero.
