Tells the story of the accomplishments and influence of women on American history through a description of several historic sites including the Watervliet Shaker community near Albany, New York, the M. Carey Thomas Library in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania, and the Ida B. Wells-Barnett House in Chicago, Illinois.
