Four hundred years in the future on primitive, post-apocalyptic Earth where all humans are born with a twin, Cass is the Omega and her brother Zach is the Alpha. Cass dreams of a world in which Alphas and Omegas live as equals and this makes her the target of both the Alpha Council and the Omega's Resistance.
