Strange weather

In the stories, a teen is threatened by a man with a Polaroid Instant Camera that erases memories; a young man on a parachute jump ends up stranded on a solid cloud; nails rain from the sky in an apocalyptic event; and a mall security guard stops a mass shooting but his story comes apart under examination.
