In the garbage

Ten-year-old inventor Andrew Dubble creates a machine designed to swallow and shrink garbage, but he finds himself in trouble when the machine shrinks him, his robot Thudd, and his cousin Judy down to the size of beetles and they are carried off to a dangerous dump ruled by worms.
