In a future South Africa made prosperous by personal robots, renewable energy, and the booming economy due to the success of the genetic engineering industry of Port Elizabeth, a young Zulu girl is the only hope against the challenges and threats of a new hallucinogenic drugs, an AI uprising, and an ancient demigoddess out for blood--if only she can band together with a queer teen with mind reading abilities, and a pop diva and politician with parent issues.
