The OMAC project

Collects "Countdown to Infinite Crisis," the "OMAC Project" miniseries, and "Wonder Woman" 219, in which Maxwell Lord seizes control of the government's Checkmate spy division and the "Brother I" satellite, sparking a war between Earth's superheroes and the OMACs--normal humans turned armored warriors under Lord's control--and takes over the mind of Superman, leading Wonder Woman to make a risky move.
