Voted captain of his baseball team, Jimmie declares himself a pitcher. He resents it when other players tell him to let Paul pitch.Paul is a good pitcher-and a good friend- but Jimmie wants a chance. He is sure he can strike out any batter, but when it comes down to it he has trouble getting the ball over the plate.
