Deadweather and Sunrise

Thirteen-year-old Egg lives on the pirate island of Deadweather with two siblings who make his life awful. One day his father takes them on a mysterious errand to the luxurious Sunrise Island, and then disappears along with Egg's siblings. Egg can't believe his luck--now he gets to stay in the wealthy Pembroke family in their mansion, and their beautiful daughter, Millicent. Just when his life is looking up, someone tries to push him off a cliff.
