Who's in Love with Arthur?

While square dancing in gym class, Francine refuses to trade her partner Arthur with Muffy, who is stuck with Binky Barnes, so Muffy and Binky jump to the conclusion that Arthur and Francine must be in love -- leading to all kinds of complications when the rumor spreads throughout the school.
