Akira

Akira, a boy with godlike powers who destroyed Tokyo with a telekinetic blast years earlier and has been imprisoned in a frozen state, is released by Tetsuo, a youth with immense paranormal abilities, and a group of resistance agents and government forces races to find Akira before he causes any destruction.
