Revolution

When Korra, the new Avatar, arrives in Republic City to learn airbending, she finds the city Avatar Aang built to be the heart of the four nations rife with crime and distrust between benders and nonbenders. At the heart of the trouble is a group of revolutionaries called the Equalists, who are led by a man who has vowed to end all kinds of bending forever.
