Music monster!

Thirteen-year-old Tyler is enjoying the outdoor music festival when evil Cynthia Cyber turns the trumpet belonging to his cousin into a monster, forcing Tyler to once again become a superhero and defeat the musical monster before it reduces the city to rubble.
