When half pug, half bulldog puppy Chanko-chan is adopted by a sumo heya, she is eager to learn how to be her best self. SumoKitty tries to teach her how to protect against mice, but unfortunately she gets off to a slow start. She is sent away in disgrace. However, Chanko-chan returns in time to save the day and earn her title of SumoPuppy.
