Fourteen-year-old Sora, swept from his island home during a storm, ends up in a mysterious land where he meets Count Wizard Donald and Captain Goofy and together they try to find the lost King Mickey and return him to the throne, while fending off attacks by the Heartless--creatures that feed off the darkness in the hearts of others.
