When the Rat-faced Snitchers of Zoop steal a mysterious treasure from Khan, king of the Lumpies, it is up to Eric, Neal, Julie, and Keeah to follow the Snitchers back to their lair in the Dark Lands and retrieve the treasure.

Eric, Julie, Neal, and Keeah travel to the magical land of Jabar-Loo to free Galen, Max, King Zello, and Queen Relna, and are met with dangerous obstacles.

Eric and friends are forced to ask their worst enemy, Lord Sparr, for help when Ko regains power and tries to destroy Jaffa City with a lightning-powered submarine discovered in a secret fortress.

Eric and his friends must destroy a magic forge in Doobesh which Ko's beasts are using to manufacture armor which will make them invincible.

Eric and friends discover that Sparr and countless other beings from Droon have crossed over to the Upper World--right onto the main street of town.
