Johnny Boo, whose muscles have become droopy and weak because he eats too much ice cream, runs into the Ice Cream Monster, who shows Johnny and Squiggles that eating apples makes one strong and happy.

Johnny Boo and his friend Squiggle try to show each other how to use their powers, and Johnny encounters the Ice Cream Monster while Squiggle searches for Twinkle Power in the sky.

Johnny Boo, along with his pet ghost Squiggle, play and encounter an ice cream monster while searching for the secret ice cream that Johnny Boo buried in the ground, but when the ice cream monster eats Squiggle, he must use his "Squiggle power" to get free.
