Krynn, left without Gods or heroes in the wake of the Chaos War, is subject to the whims of the cruel and powerful dragons who have seized control of the land, but everything changes when a violent, magical storm leaves behind a mysterious waif who embarks on mission of conquest in the name of the One God.
