Bounty Hunter Train Heartnet, and Eve, are drawn into a strange world of illusion where reality is controlled by the Doctor's warped imagination, and Train is faced with doubles of Kyoko and Saya, two women that should love him, but instead want to kill him.

Train and Sven battle their way to the middle of Creed's Hideout and find their way is blocked by the Chrono Numbers, who are stopping the Sweepers so they can personally go after the newly indestructible Creed.

Train, Eve, and Sven join Glin's alliance to destroy Creed, and while searching out the apostle's hideout find themselves on a perilous road.

Train and his partner Sven attempt to track down a weapons smuggler who is dealing dangerous technology on the black market.
