David Harris-Gershon and his wife, Jamie, newly married, moved to Jerusalem to attend graduate school. While David slept in that day, Jamie went to classes at Hebrew University. She was sitting in the cafeteria with friends when a bomb went off, triggered by a suicide bomber. The friends sitting next to her were killed, Jamie went to the hospital, and David tried to make sense of it all. His quest led him to East Jerusalem and the Hamas terrorist and his family.
