Amazing adventures of Nate Banks

Nate and Ultraviolet, on the alert after hearing someone has been auditioning supervillains for a big job, find themselves in the middle of trouble when someone tries to steal a valuable comic book from the Kanigher Kon comic convention.

Nate is becoming bored with his superhero advisor lessons from Doctor Nocturne, and frustrated with having to keep them a secret from his friends, when the supervillain Red Malice threatens the East Coast.

Sixth grader Nate Banks sees the hand of the evil Coldsnap in the stinky cabbage-smelling snow that starts falling on his desert town, but superhero Ultraviolet thinks it is too dangerous to confront the supervillain--until he goes after an American treasure.
