Celestial Being rises again, armed with the new Gundam "Double-Oh" piloted by Gundam Meister Setsuna F. Seiei, to put an end to the oppression of the Earth's people by the Autonomous Peace-Keeping Force A-LAWS of the Earth Sphere Federation.
Earth in the year 2307 has developed a new source of energy provided by a large-scale solar power generation system which is controlled by three superpower blocs, but that control is threatened when a private armed organization called Celestial Being--which is in possession of Gundam mobile suits--appears on the scene to intervene in all acts of war.
