When Cleo de Nile and her ghoulfriends visit Boo York for a gala celebrating an ancient Egyptian artifact, Cleo is unaware that Nefera, her sister, has plans to change her destiny.

Draculaura and her friend travel to Transylvania, where they must locate an ancient artifact known as the Vampire's Heart in order to discover the identity of the true vampire queen.
