After crashing in Europe during World War II, Army Air Force pilot Lieutenant Grant learns about secret discussions which may result in a nonaggression pact between Russia and Germany; and teams up with a Russian commander and a Swiss journalist in search of the document which holds the key to the two countries uniting.
