Dumisa, a young Zulu boy in awe of Nelson Mandela in 1960s South Africa, attempts to emulate his idea of the leader, who he also imagines to be a seducer of women, and when he finally convinces the object of his desire to respond to his advances, Mandela is captured, causing Dumisa to become impotent.
