When the forces of the evil Shadow Man kidnap six-year-old Elijah, his parents and siblings, Zach, aged sixteen, and Piper, aged thirteen, face their own weaknesses when they enter the Abyss to try and save him.
Separated from their parents, sixteen-year-old Zach and his thirteen-year-old sister Piper, with help from two school friends and some divine intervention, try to protect their six-year-old brother from dark forces who know of his supernatural gifts.
Zach and Piper, with divine assistance, continue to seek their kidnapped parents and protect their little brother, Elijah, from the evil Shadow Man, who places temptation in their path in the form of a beautiful runaway.
Still trying to save his younger brother Elijah from the powers of darkness, Zach must debate his faith with an expert atheist, while Elijah undergoes his own tests in the sinister Chamber, which tempts him to deny God and follow the evil Shadow Man.
