Chandler Forrestal's life is changed after he becomes involved in a CIA mind-control experiment in the 1960s and a dose of LSD leaves Chandler with an assortment of mental powers, but when Chandler's abilities allow him to detect an assassination plot against President Kennedy, he becomes a target for enemies inside and out of the government.
