Monkey D. Luffy and his crew are aboard the oceangoing restaurant the "Baratie" when a notorious pirate, Don Krieg, sets his sights on the "Baratie" to replace his own ship which was battered in rough seas. Sous-chef Sanji and the ship's rough-and-tumble cooks are prepared to fight for their ship, however, and Luffy and the Straw Hat crew lend a hand.

Luffy, Zoro, and Nami go up against the fiendish pirate Buggy the Clown, and his gang when they begin to terrorize a town.

Monkey D. Luffy sets out to defeat dangerous pirate lord Buggy the Clown, battle allegedly notorious pirate captain Usopp, and find a map to the Grand Line sea route in his quest to become King of the Pirates.

Monkey D. Luffy dreams of being the King of the Pirates one day, but accidentally eating the Gum-Gum fruit seems to end that dream for him when it changes his body so that he can never learn to swim, but years later, Luffy sets off on a quest to find the world's greatest treasure, the "One Piece.".

Luffy and his crew come to the aid of a local named Usopp who is constantly "crying wolf," saying that the pirates are coming, but when the Black Cat Pirates really do show up, nobody believes him.

When sous-chef Sanji's ocean-going restaurant is attacked by an evil pirate armada, Sanji must put aside his differences with the cooks to save the ship.
