Left behind when the Agents leave Space City to defend a parallel world from Queen Misery and her Commissars, tiny fourth grader Boo, who has just completed her training, has only her feline companion to help her protect their home world from devious enemies.

Agents Boo and Asano must rescue Agent Kira, who was captured by Queen Misery and Commissar Noir, and in the process they learn that Queen Misery has problems of her own, and they work toward helping her solve them.

Kat and her computer nerd friend, Mouse, team up to find out who is blackmailing Kat's dad at a posh private school.

Boo is young and small, even for her age, and she jumps every time someone says, "Boo!" She makes sure everyone around her sees the parallel universes that exist though.

Fourth-grader Boo becomes the newest Agent, joining forces with a cat named Pumpkin to save the universe from evil villains.
