Frank and Joe investigate the disappearance of Cyril Baynard, a shady investment counselor who's been dating the boys' aunt Gertrude and to whom she entrusted her life savings. His clerk has just been found murdered, and it looks like the bullet was meant for Baynard. When Aunt Gertrude is the chief suspect, the Hardys have to act fast.

Callie Shaw disappears while shooting a video for her summer class at UCLA. Frank & Joe drop everything and fly out to look for her. The moment they start to investigate, the situation explodes. During their search of Callie's room, someone greets them with a firebomb.
