While Taisuke and his friends are being followed by two reporters who are convinced that Taisuke is responsible for the murder of three police officers, they are also pursued by a poisonous preacher who has the power to petrify his victims.
While Taisuke is busy trying to free the girl being held hostage by Okada, Megumi finds herself trapped and unable to escape from Yuichi, Taisuke's friend who works with Katsumata.
