When the leaders of the world's villainous forces are attacked by Otto, Dr. Nero is forced to take charge of G.L.O.V.E. and order the death or capture of Otto. Wing and Raven set out to find Otto before the other G.L.O.V.E. assassins do. At a secret facility in the Amazon rain forest, they face off against a deadly operative.
