When alien dogs visit Lugenheimer Elementary School during the fifth-grade fundraiser--a dog wash--to select human pets for their home planet, Bowwowwowwow, Bob and Clementine and their superhero friend, Hot Dog, must stop them.
Having hidden the lunchbox in which the superhero Hot Dog from the planet Dogzalot always arrives on Earth, fifth-grader Bob and his best friend Clementine must stand alone against an evil alien who plans to hypnotise humans into thinking they are hamsters.
