Breathe, Annie, breathe / Kenneally, Miranda

Blaming herself for breaking up with Kyle and perhaps causing his death, Annie decides to train to run the marathon Kyle had wanted to run himself. She finds that no amount of imagining could have prepared her for how grueling a marathon actually is--nor for the possibility of finding love again in her running partner, Jeremiah.

To honor her dead boyfriend and cope with her grief and guilt, college student Annie trains for a marathon with athletic Jeremiah, who flirts with Annie on the trails and makes her feel alive and happy and guilty all at the same time.
